Fall is almost here, and that means our program year is about to start!  All of our programs for kids, youth and adults begin again September 17th-21st.

Play Zone – September 18, 10am

Wildside – September 21, 6:30pm (new time)
Fusion – September 21, 7:30pm (new date & time)

On Friday, August 17th from 7-10pm, all middle school and high school youth in the city of Moncton are invited to participate in the REFRESH Youth Rally here at Lewisville.  Cody Matchett will be the guest speaker, and PEI’s “For His Name’s Sake” will provide live music.  Bring a non-perishable food item for the food bank, and money for the canteen.

This Week (Middle School):
Unbirthday Sleepover Party (Wednesday, August 8th)
We will start the night off at the church at 7pm.  Girls and guys will go their separate ways at 11pm and we’ll meet up again for a “creation” breakfast at the church.  Pick up time is 11am.  This event is in danger of being cancelled without minimum participation.  If you wish to participate in this event, please call the church ASAP to register.

This Week (High School):
On Sunday, August 12th from 6:30-7:45pm you’re invited to an evening of worship and reflection at Lewisville.  Similar to our “Selah Sunday” services, this event is an opportunity to come recharge and reflect through scripture, music, and prayer.  All are invited to attend this opportunity to grow in community and worship.

This Week (Middle School & High School):
Fear Factor Olympics (Wednesday, July 248th)
Meet at the church at 9:30a, and we will leave together for Magic Mountain.  Consent form required.
Cost:  $13.50 + $4 for lunch

This Week (High School):
Sunday, July 29th at 6:30pm there will be a social night at Rachael Keetch’s house (47 Ashworth Drive).  Cherryfield Baptist Church’s  S.W.A.T youth will join us for a chill evening of  casual music, conversation, snacks, and Bible study.  Each night will end with a spiritual growth challenge to complete over the week.  Our goal is to encourage youth to support each other and to strengthen their relationship with God outside of Sunday services.

Attention university students! Do you want a home-away-from-home while you’re at school? Sign up for our Adopt-A-Student program! You will be paired with a couple or family from Lewisville who will be there for you while you are at school. Sign up sheets for both hosts and students will be available at Connections Corner.

Join us on Sunday, October 18th, for a food drive to benefit the Christian Food Bank.  The Square One Young Adult class is heading it up, and they are looking for volunteers from the church family to join them, from 1:30-3:30pm. If you are interested in participating, please speak to Pastor Brent.

Attention all high school students!  Fusion begins again this Tuesday, September 22nd.  Come at 7pm for an awesome time of connecting with friends, games and talk about relevant issues affecting teens today.

Attention all middle school students!  Wildside begins again this Friday, September 25th.  Come at 7pm for an awesome time of hanging out with friends, crazy games and talk about how God relates to your life.

Starting on Thursday, April 16th at 6pm, Lloyd and Maria  Taylor will be running an “H2O” group (modeled after the popular Alpha program). It’s a weekly gathering of seekers looking to journey together through life’s big questions. Once a week we’ll share a meal together, watch an episode of the H2O series and have a chance to discuss our questions in a safe and non-threatening environment.
