BreakAway to Bowl! – March 26, 2011

Join us on Saturday, March 26th, 7pm at the church to enjoy a couple strings of bowling at Fairlanes (7:30-8:30pm) with some friendly competition and then back to the church for dessert and fellowship. Cost is $3 per person plus $1.75 for shoe rentals. Dessert will be provided.

Ladies Card Making Day – March 19, 2011

Attention all ladies! On Saturday, March 19th from 9am to noon (registration at 8:45am) there will be a card making day in the church gym. Cost is $15 per person which includes a snail tape and a nutritious snack. Four cards will be demonstrated and made. Class size is limited to 20 people, so sign up ASAP at Connections Corner. Do you have questions about this whole Church/God thing?

Does God really exist? Does He really care about me? Does He really answer prayer? What does it mean to call yourself a Christian?

You’re not alone.

Starting on Thursday, April 16th at 6pm, Lloyd and Maria Taylor will be running an “H2O” group (modeled after the popular Alpha program). It’s a weekly gathering of seekers looking to journey together through life’s big questions. Once a week we’ll share a meal together, watch an episode of the H2O series and have a chance to discuss our questions in a safe and non-threatening environment. Adult Christmas Banquet – A Success!

Our Adult Christmas Banquet on Friday evening was an enjoyable kick-off to the Christmas season. We had over 100 adults join us at the Moncton Coliseum for a delicious buffet meal, games and Christmas music. Thank you to all who prepared the program and those who participated! And a big thank you to the staff of the Coliseum Restaurant for the wonderful buffet!

The Goldtimers will be meeting on Thursday, December 11 at 5:30 p.m. for their Christmas Banquet! All seniors are invited to join us for a turkey dinner with all the fixins and some wonderful Christmas music from our friends, the Harbour Lights Trio. Happy Holidays!
