Opportunities for Service
We are looking for individuals who either have or would be willing to obtain the appropriate licensing in order to drive the bus to and from Crandall University on Sunday mornings. We would like to have 3 or 4 individuals who would take this on as a ministry so that they would only need to drive once or twice a month. The fall is fast approaching and we will need to start setting up and taking down the chairs every weekend. This is a big job for one person but many hands make light work. We are looking for 4 teams of 4 or 5 who once a month would take on the task of set up and tear down of the chairs. Summer Fun Days
Ahoy, mateys! It’s Treasure Hunt Day this Wednesday, July 28 from 10 am-12 pm. Come see if you can discover the treasure! Movie Day was held this past week with 27 in attendance and it was “reely” fun!
Summer Fun Days continue until August 15th. It’s not too late to join in on the fun. Make sure you pre-register online or fill out a registration sheet at the Connections Corner for any of the upcoming events and find out what to bring! Adults and youth are still needed to help out at these community outreach events, so if you can be a part of any of the “Summer Fun Days” that would be fantastic! If you are able to help out by volunteering, please let Jenna, Diane or the office know.
